Some of the new super duper mags use Large Pistol primers for ....
Large rifle also should have a thicker cup to handle higher PSI.
Large rifle primers are taller than large pistol primers, which will/can create seating issues.

What about changing your markup to: <blockquote> <div class="quote_symbol">“</div....
Presuming you want the quote text to sit just to the right of the curly quote symbol.
Padding-top:0 rather than margin-top:0.

You, and not followed by another single quote..
The [^' ,] will match anything except a single quote, space or comma.
(@+[^']+) should help.
After making it through the major parts of an introductory Lisp book, I don't understand what the (quote) (or equivalent ' ) function does, yet it's been all over Lisp code that I've seen. What does it do?

In general you can execute the data....
For example, (print '(+ 3 4)) prints "(+ 3 4)", whereas (print (+ 3 4)) prints "7" The quote prevents execution or evaluation of a form, turning it instead into data.
You'd put a quote in front of it.

My personal take is I would store the comment with the quote inside it, as this prevents duplication.
This is a judgement call based on factors such as how large your website is and how far you believe you detail.
