Do you have a TRUE monster story? I've seen a see through plane, heard weird growling (probably just the laundry machine) coming from the wall, and some of my dreams come true.

I personally have not had any one specifically to note, but in the spirit of Halloween, does anyone have any gruesome travel stories? Hotels that had more critters than people? Paradises turning into a regular Amityville? Places you just downright regret...

Gross.
Free laundry for the clothes that were reeking of smoke, but they managed to wash them in extremely hot water and ruined them - but they didn't charge for the laundry!
The staff were cheerful.

My parents house was destroyed (thats were I stayed to ride out were able to do all of our laundry....
I am not sure if there are stories on the board but, I lived in Hattiesburg, Ms during Katrina but we were also able to do laundry.
