14weeks pregnant and when I lay flat on my back I get a huge bulge on my right side next to my stomach? ? This is my second baby never had this before?

Because of this, the pressure backs up towards the head... .
An increase in pressure of the abdomen puts pressure and slight restriction on the decending aorta (especially in the abdomen) .

Well it has not been a good week. I did take my baby to the vet. They have done xrays, ultra sounds and blood work.
We know there is no blockage.
