The display panel in my beloved Dell XPS M1330 is about to die. I've been sent an "offer" for a new one by Dell at the cost of ~$400. Which is more than a third of the total cost of the notebook.
Can I buy this panel from somewhere else and save some ...

I'm new here and would like to ask you guys if anyone knows about a replacement LCD for MBA A1369 13". The "cheapest" I found is $500 , but there are $99 ones for the old MBA, I was hoping to find one in the same price range...

Covered Korg and Kurzweil gear; maybe your LCD is a "standard" size that this guy in Orange County has that they replace the backlight as opposed to the whole LCD screen unit.
