How do I learn a LOT about beer in a short amount of time?
In addition to your course of beer literature, I bet you could glean a lot of beer geek information FROM the regulars, by adopting an "active listening" approach to the job for a while. There will surely be at least some people who will be much happier to tell you their opinions on beer, rather than hear yours! Just think of some gently probing beer-related questions to start them off with.

With lots of you being able to do freelance work, where did you learn?
Since I haven't ever taken any classes, I figured that I'd take this to ensure that I haven't missed any vital pieces of info. Need to make sure that I have that foundation of knowledge, right?

Do I have to be good in math to pass flight school and do i need to learn lot's of tough math in flight school?
If you can pass the standard math classes that you take in High School, you're fine. These days, pilots use calculators, flight computers and rules of thumb to get around having to be really good in math. Trust me, there are tons of airline pilots out there who suck at math.

I don't think you do, I just get attracted to people. They generally have some compatibility with my interests though.

How do you prefer to learn Finnish?
I'd prefer a Total Recall type weekend language course. Plug me in and give me a lifelong memory of Finnish and I'd be happy.
