So basically we'll now have to renew our licenses every month....and it now becomes sort of a leased product rather then an owned product? That's what i'm getting from this post. Please shed some knowledge if this is the incorrect...

Ok, so a company we know did one of them flat-pack/pre-pack administration jobs. They kept all the assets for the new company, and left a lot of bad debt behind for a lot of * angry creditors.
We see their trucks running around working for the new company...
