I've been wanting to try a leather grip with an overgrip on my racquets for a while, now. but i also want to keep the size of my grip. anyone have an idea where could i find a thin leather grip and overgrip combo to apply that also more or less stays ...

I use thin overgrip.
grips are thin? in regards to the leather grip, TW 1.3 is the thinnest on the market i believe.
I don't understand their purpose. I know that they add some weight but are there other advantages? Why is it that some people add a leather grip first thing to a racket?

With a leather grip and after 1.5hr I was wondering why my grip felt a bit sticky, I looked down-grips? If not which has more tackiness Head or Babolat? Any pro's using leather grip now beside.
I can't seem to find any real feedback or info about this grip. At the tennis store the other day, the small square sample on the front of the package felt softer and more tacky than many of the other leather grips being sold. Any user experience? Thanks...

I do use an over grip is good compared to the ....
My impression, I only like to use leather grips regardless of which racquet I play with.

I play with the PC600 so they have Head's Finest Calfskin. I think I played with it once and immediately wrap some overgrip over it. The leather didn't do it for me. It felt thin and slippery. Also, it looked so nice that I didn't want to ruin it by sweating...

A leather grip to a leather grip to make it tacky in just a couple of outings, (to get close to the feel of my old Wilson grip....
Quality you lose with an overgrip over leather, in my opinion, is tack or lack of it.

I got mineral spirits on a leather Gripmaster.
For a temporary solution, I've used baby powder.
Let it dry and apply the liquid pine tar with a clean rag .

Just take it off and put the leather grip back on, take your time, maintain tension but this seems due....
I took the stock grip off but when i started wrapping the volkl it was too to put on.
With a volkl leather grip.
