I bought a 5r and its right handed would it be worth it to change it to a lefthanded version? this is my first bolt gun and I plan on shooting it lefthanded and using my tight hand for the bolt, but if I could I would like it left handed. Is all I need...

The only thing you'd have that would still be useable is your barrel and bolt body.
Stock into the shoulder and put a little rear pressure on the rifle with your left hand.

I had a left hand hatsan escourt but could not get on with it, now got a right hand to check there is nothing left in the barrel after a squib load ?never had to take the barrel and the boltI shoot with a left....

On the snub, I move it to my right hand, dump the cyl with my left hand, speedload or speedstrip in my left hand to reload the cylinder, close it up, back to my left.
The slide if I went to lock back.
As I understand it, some older GM cars have lug studs that utilize left-handed threads on the driver's side and right-handed threads on the passenger's side. Is this accurate? What was the reason for doing this? Thanks.

Well that seems to be the net effect anyway.
I own a '36 with the frustrating job of removing the sheared ones .
The left hand threads was one of first thing I would do when building my race cars.
