Is SQL Express 2008 available for corporate, business and government use? Are there restrictions I am not reading about? I know it is free, but I just want to make sure I am not stepping on any terms of use. Maybe I missed it when I clicked around Microsoft...

There are a number of restrictions on SQL Server Express that might not make it suitable for certain projects, but as far as I'm aware there is nothing in the license disallowing it .

As far as legal in all, if you're concerned about these....
You don't need many legal precautions other than on their servers, some with stricter content laws, others with none whatsoever.
To security precautions, not legal precautions.

What do I need to do to become a legal business here in Kentucky? I know there are fees, licenses, and registration I will have to do I just don't know what. Also, LLC or sole proprietorship? Currently a solo op as I am a college student.
