Today I requested a tender to Wisdom home today.
I'm wondering if it's common to request multiple tenders to different builders then choose one of them?

There are pro's and cons with multiple tender's to be considered.
I thought it's reasonable to charge 1k to customers as it involves lots of effort and money cost .

It is legal tender, and assuming you don't get some asshat judge that will ignore the implications terms yeah but legal tender law means that no court will recognize those provisions.

To dump the seed from the pb tender, all seed comes in pro-....
Pick them off the stack in the shed w/a forklift, put them on the tender....if you only use part on our PB tender so we record weight starting & remaining in pro-boxes.
