It's not exactly logical though, is it? Really....

And both the SEC and the Fed were well aware of the naked short selling and the plan to put Lehman of the same cabal which tabbed Bear, Fannie....
Selling of Lehman shares took that firm to its knees and drove away their lines of daily credit.

Lehman war ein Präzedenzfall.
