Chiquitos in Leicester Square? Has anyone ever been there? Is it nice?

I've been there....
Some people like the place but I find it bland and the service is way too slow .
Never It's pretty average to be honest pretty tame food by Mexican standards, although the Fajita's with chicken BBQ is the best thing on the menu by a mile .
Does anyone know of a reason that the Premier Inn Leicester Square is always shown as full even if you try to book to the end of 2012 and also doesn't appear on trip advisor? Has anyone stayed there??

In handy in the days when I worked in Leicester Square and we were on a project which kept us to watch I guess....
Since booking our theatre break to London I have had to undergo surgery to my leg which has left me a lot less mobile than I usually am. This of course will impact on our ability to do all that we might have hoped to do. Our show is on the Friday night...
