I have been stuffing my chicken whith a lemon and onions. Love the combo but I haven't found a good roasted chicken recipe. Butter or oil before seasoning?

I'll use a lemon pepper salt or herbChicken is pretty bland....
The chicken with lemon pepper and put it in the oven at 350 till done, lol Stick a whole unpeeled onion inside that chicken with your salt & pepper before roasting.

I saw this recipe for a lemon chicken breast that looked really good.

What else can I serve with Lemon Chicken and Caesar Salad? I'm wondering what kind of wine I should serve; I'm thinking a citrusy white wine. Also, what else can I serve on the side? Roasted veggies, perhaps? And should I make something lemony for dessert...

It seems like a great opportunity for something.
I'd pass on carrying the lemon into the dessert.
Or you could go with a lightly oaked Chardonnay if you feel like you are getting too .
And the chicken.

A Sauvignon Blanc would be perfect with both the salad and the chicken.
