I'm not sure what kind of chicken pieces you are thinking about, so it's really it is hard to stir cornstarch into....
What do you mean about using lemon zest in a spice it makes.
For this, either, as it's more for a stir-fried sort of dish .

I brush with butter.
Half way at 30min add the left over lemon marinade.
Marinate 2hrs chix & bake at 450` hr.
3 or 4lbs chicken (legs/thigh) or boneless.

I am trying hard to not waste anything these days. I have 3 lemons that need to be used. Any ideas? I know lemon aide, and lemon on fish etc. Any other ideas? I don't want to buckle and make some fattening delight.
