Has anyone done this? Lemon is reported to break fat down and help with weight loss and gullible me read to kick start your day with a whole lemon sliced into a mug of hot water. Day 1 started will it help?

Just finely chop your fresh shrooms or powder some dried ones, soak for 30 mins in lemon and psyocin extraction....
No need for alcohol or anything else.
Be careful! Re: psylocybin and psyocin extraction! lemon tek is the way to go.
