I typically don't eat canned soups. Primarily because they're usually not ver good.
But the store had some of their Progresso soups on sale when I was there one day. So I bought two cans of the Vegetable Classic Lentil.
I didn't fix my lunch this morning...

LOTS of flavor in that soup...
I have soup on occasion.
They have a tomato basil that's good too.

I love lentil soup! I like using a mix of red of my friends made us super f'ing delicious lentil soup, but it had a ton of bacon in it.
For food? I'll have to share this recipe with him .

This gorgeous soup can be traced all the way back to the Old Testament. In Genesis 25:29-34 you can read how Jacobs brother, Esau, sold his birthright as oldest son to his younger brother, merely for a bowl of Lentil Soup! So yes, this soup is truly delicious...

50g Whole Wheat Cous Cous
200g of frozen garden peas
2 Veg stock cubes dissolved in 200 ml of boiling water
1 medium onion chopped
1 Desert spoon of black pepper
