Swansea letting agents? How can a find a good Swansea letting agent? I've tried various estate and letting agents in Swansea to let my property and sometimes had my property managed by them, but I always end up losing out financially one way or another...

He let my property quickly and the tenants are still there paying rent on the 1st of every month.
Andy was great and completely different from any agent I have ever come across and would highly with.

Does anyone know how much letting agents charge in administration fees.
We are taking forms in tommorow but noticed besides bond, first months rent and referencing fee they want an admin fee. We have the first three but if they put on another few hundred...

Letting my flat out letting agent? I let my flat out 2 years ago and signed some terms and conditions with the letting agents, will the t&c's still be valid for a new tenant? I wanted my sofas back to sell them to a friend, but the letting agents is saying...

Whether or not the letting agent can sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf would depend upon it say in the original documents you signed when you instructed them as your letting agent two years to sign a tenancy agreement....
