Assumed they were on some sort of commission, it could make them a tidy sum... .
I recieved several such letters from my letting agent.
I'd write back to the letting agent saying that you will consider.

Hi
Has anyone used on-line letting agents, I'm looking at "Lettingaproperty" and "Upad".
Have had bad experiences with using high street letting agents and wonder if these may be a better?
Would appreciate any feedback.
Thank you

Hi SPers
If you are a landlord with properties that are being fully managed by a letting agent my question is do you carry out personal inspections....
That the letting agent will do that and report back to you?
