We don't even know if there is WiFi in the schools that the students may access... .
So we don't know if an iPad wil lbe more suitable than a netbook, or a smartphone or a chromebook .
Only drawback is, they're not telling us what and how they will support it .

It might still be 4A but I think it has moved to 5A .
HV is in Lewisville ISD, so high schools again and that is Northwest ISD.
School districts are large and High Schools are 5a.
