My shooting range is self supported as far as I know, on the memberships of the users .
It offsets a limited user fee.
I am not diametrically opposed to a user fee for licences.
On a predominantly USA forum.
The issue is not ... a political party..., Keith, it has to do with the moral decadence and ethical ambivalence of our age and this has been an increasingly destructive force in cultural terms since the '60s started. What we need, is a spiritual renaissance...

It might cost of the licence.
Week than if they have to pay a licence fee, that works out at only a few pounds a week.
