I live in St Paul and 6 months ago I was at a stop sign and the car in front of me had Iowa plates months ago I was at a stop sign and the car in front of me had Iowa plates that said DAMANZI.

We see cars everyday, but have you seen any strange or amusing license plates? Today I saw "LOL 888" and I lol'd, as it told me to, but not eight hundred and eighty eight times. :(

Does anyone know how it works if I want to put an original license plate on my EB (Blue and Yellow)? The standard just does not look right on it. They sale plates on eBay but I am hearing different things from folks about your ability to use them.

I asked a guy at the Pomona swapmeet that does it, and he said don't change a personalized plate....
It is illegal to change the paint color on license plates.
Technically you're not "modifying" or "altering" a license plate.
