As far, a swimming pool two HVAC units....

The electrician that installed these panels says the wiring is OK, even though the neutrals and grounds are bonded at "sub-panel" at left. Sorry about clarity of photos.

We should be able to work on our own home for hire need to be licensed....
That allows homeowners to work on their own home.
Breakers trip often enough that this would be a concern, maybe you should hire an electrician to be licensed.
