I know this has probably been covered a million times but can someone explain exactly why there HAS to be a lich king? instead of placing the crown on his head, what if they just hid the armor, or destroyed it? can it even be destroyed?. i know he mentions...

Here is how I understand....
If there was suddenly no Lich King if hypothetically you destroy the armor somehow, that still means there is no Lich King to control them.
But instead he wanted Azeroth's greatest champions to face him .

So with Bolvar being the new Lich King, I believe after MOP the next expansion should be the return of the Lich King (bolvar) and head...

This is from lore on inside the Scourge, like Old-God controlled Scourge vs Lich King controlled Scourge, but it might.
Of the Lich King > taking over as Warchief in Cataclysm > Raid Boss in MoP.

Hey,
I heard from a few people that you can tank lich king in a certain place and you don't have to worry about shadow traps, is this true? I'd love to know because I run a weekly ICC25 heroic group, and it'd make things easier!

We currently run five 10-man ICC's per week. Two of them are on Lich King. Which will win? The A-Team , or the Team-Nidhogg-Rainbow-Unicorn-Attack . Personally... I think Nidhogg's group has the advantage. I think our forum regular Maester knows something...
