New 29er, how important are Lifetime Adjustments?
I think you'd be better off learning how to do the minor adjustments yourself. I can understand if you're not mechanically inclined or just don't like doing that kind of thing, but really with a couple hours reading on the internet and a couple of hours trying the adjustments on your bike you should be able to handle most bike adjustments yourself. It's empowering and it will cost you less money over the long run, especially if you ever move or upgrade to a bike without the free adjustments.

Lifetime or monthly?
I never understood this lifetime what does it mean? If the unit goes bad after the warranty is up and you buy a new unit they will put lifetime coverage onto that unit. Does lifetime mean as long as you want to be a part of Replaytv or for how long that unit lasts?

Lifetime transmission fill in a 2006 Jetta TDI?
The "lifetime fluid" plan works for 100-150K miles. If you plan to keep the car longer, change the tranny fluid and filter.

Lifetime Service - should I, or shouldn't I?
LT was not available when I got my Series 3, but I would definitely go for it. I have it on my Series 2, which is going on 7 years now...
