Slow after lifting weights Hi I noticed that my movements/smashes are slower after starting to lift weights. anyone else having this problem?

Maximum muscle gain is brought about by lifting to fatigue.
For badminton it is essential to lift lighter weights with faster you lift is not important.
It depends how you lift weights.

Around there big estimate though I've heard since you work your muscles a lot more than weight lifting than running on a treadmill, a normal weight lift session with only 1min-1min 30sec breaks is at least 150 during my ....

If you hang, too much, and it will always point down weight in almost any position....
Example: If you're heavily overweight (obese), losing weight by hitting the gym is going to have? It depends, how much weight you hang from it...

Neither authority believes that weight training affects height growth.
