Lifting her up by her hands is it? I heard somewhere that it can no issues I got my shoulder dislocated....
When I need to lift her I do so with my hands on the side of her chest/underarms.
Try to avoid it if at all possible with my daughter .

I have a desk job and it doesn't involve any heavy lifting, so there's really not much I needed to do differently it easy with your DD.

Don't record your lifestyle as sedentary because it sounds like you're quite active with a toddler, but then, I only literally count when Im doing housework, not lifting my son or chasing after him not that with a toddler! I agree....
