I used to put a wet washclothnot 100% clear - does she have the power to choose what to bite/chew, or does she feel the random for something to chew that....
This might sound weird but she might like chewing on frozen fabric.

Horses have the ability to adopt all kinds "bitter apple" and or "orange oil" will deter horses from chewing on wood...also put a small tire that did was get her....

I was told no way, no how, no nada on the gum chewing....
I was told absolutely no gum chewing post surgery, although I can't for the life of me remember chewing post surgery, although I can't for the life of me remember the reason they gave.

I just took my kids to the eye doctor and he was chewing gum. Is that weird to anyone else but me? I thought it was unprofessional. He is not our usual eye doctor; she is out on maternity leave, so this was the first time we'd seen him. Your thoughts?...

Mom's voice in my head: "She sounds like a cow chewing her cud." Which, in this case, was an insult definitely rather have the gum chewing! I don't chew gum and think the eye doctor was very unprofessional, not only is it ....
It's a comfort thing. it makes me feel a bit easier going instead of tense. I will chew anything paper rubber plastic anything. Is there any way of helping me stop this and perhaps replacing it with another comfort thing that isn't quite as destructive...

DS is heading for 5, but anytime he has meat he will spend ages chewing it and maybe eventually swallow it or not. Doesn't matter what meat it is, its always the same. He loves a mash dinner but I just can't get him to eat meat.

Ds1 at 10 still cant manage and language problems if he's not having proper food unmashed .
I was never able to chew meat as a child and id eat the hind leg off a cow now.
