What is your best recipe for thin boneless pork chops? Everytime I cook them... they turn out hard. Thanks!!

Yes, I'm on a fat loss program (p90x/calorie counting) and I still like to eat fried pork chops from time to time. I still make sure to stay within my calorie restriction.
How do I measure the added vegetable oil I use to fry a pork chop? Of couse I try...

If there's breading on that pork chop% of the time.
You'd definitely have to measure starting and ending volume.
Deep frying is an excellent cooking method.
Ive lost weight just fine on deep fried pork chops.

My mom does this with her chops and they are yummy, in a casserole dish layer porkchops, sliced,peeled potatoes and sliced onions, usually you can do 2 or 3 layers, cover with cream of mushroom soup 2 cans usually and bake til chops are done and potatos...

DH wanted some fried pork chops last Sun. so I made some with a saltine crackers recipe that I don't remember where I saw it & than saw the recipe again so I tried it. It was really easy to make & the pork chops were tender. DH said they were the best...

I sure like pork chops grilled on GrillGrates. Even at a low grilling temp of 425 indirect heat we get nice grill marks and caramelization on the chops.
Chops are rubbed with Mohunken Butt Rub.
