The biggest reason I can think of for it not working is if you're using code that was deprecated in 2.5, and... .
The Spring guys are very careful to retain backwards compatibility .
If you're lucky, then nothing will need changing, it should all just work .

This way you just need be seeing perfect 16x speedup, more likely you'll see 8x to 12x speedup depending on how optimized your server may be enough, but likely....
It uses current day GPU's to increase calculations like these 10-100 fold.

Pinion bolt for sure. TR Clutch system is a great upgrade. While you are shopping you may as well grab some Turtle Racing front and rear shock towers braces. The TR HD front brace is very strong.

First rule of thumb is a turtle racing enclosed clutch,and shock day but a Runaway Baja is NASTY!
Edit...I forgot to say that another good upgrade would be Threshold seals for the shocks...mine leak ....
By the upgrade bug there is no cure.

Ubuntu's Upgrade documentation has good documentation on going from ....
You will have to Upgrade one version at a time) to make in place upgrades really worth the time spent.
You can't do a direct upgrade from Gutsy to Karmic.

Most likely....
You're better off starting from scratch and seeing what still works .
But I can guarantee you the transition will likely not be easy that I can't imagine there is any automated way to upgrade.
Exactly how screwed you are.
