How can you deal with a subconscious belief when your only knowledge of it are the results you attract in your life. Then how do you work to negate the belief, whatever it may be,once you have finally uncovered it?

But as you say, the evidence of such self-limiting beliefs is in the evidence of what you're will become apparent to you.
Of course you cannot deal with any negative or self-limiting belief if you do not know what it is.
