You should moderate comments before going to public.
For a link posted, but upon receiving documentation such as a DMCA complaint (if it's copyrighted is responsible for that.

There is a particular reason for these sorts of comments to turn comments on and off.
It bloats the code (though comments can be collapsed), but if you actually ship documentation to others, it's pretty darned helpful.

In XML documentaiton comments for C#, is there a way to mark two or more functions to be overloads of each other, so that they reference each other automatically? Ideally, they'd also be grouped in the sandcastle-generated documentation somehow.
