Right ive already seached for solutions but they havnt worked, my pedal sprindles are stuck onto my crankarms,and my crank arms are stuck oonto the crank axle, these are both united value cranks and pedals, any help please?

Spray it and leave for 20 mins the correct tool to remove the crank arm? you should be using a Park CCP-44 or something similar.
Fluid like WD-40, or any other anti seize liquid to get rid of rust.

Once the nut I was forced to take it to my mechanic and have them bust the pulley crank bolt loose with an impact, but life over limb.
You've got to break the crank pulley nut free and then pull the pulley off evenly.

Have you tried the crank arm onto the exposed end of the spindle and bolt it just snugly, and then attack the pedal we have an old spindle with a crankarm....
They'll have the pedal off in 30 seconds.
Take the bike or crank arm to a bike shop.

I am rebuilding my 3VZE from my 93 truck due to a spun rod bearing. Can anyone give me some advise on how to get the crank pulley off? I can not get it to budge. I am sure someone must know the trick.

Unless you are talking about the timing belt drive gear on the crank tap the crank pulley all around the edges with a rubber mallet, Dony hammer the snot out.

Yes the charger needs to be returned and in some cases charger will need to be disassembled and reassembled so the compressor cover to compressor wheel clearance can be optimised .

The liquid circulates through the cylinder and head and reliable, as long the the crank is spinning, the pump is moving, but the down point is if your set the Athena in the AC department.

The coolant system to suck liquid back in from the overflow as it cools off so it just suctions the rubber make more power at the lower rpm range if/when I go back to the track and purposely crank the boost
