I am more interested in maximum mpg than hp so, I am thinking that if there was a different fuel curve in the ECM it would help a lot. On gasers I have heard of having a maximum efficiency fuel curve up to a certain rpm and then having a maximum power...

Well, maybe a TINY bit by the computer until some boost is detected by the MAP (boost) sensor.
Period.
You won't make more boost without more fuel on a stock turbo.

There are several possible reasons:
Boost is not standardised - this is important for people writing portable code If you write FOSS, you need to distribute Boost to make tradeoffs.
Something in boost, point it out to him.

As many of you know, Hondata recently released an update for FlashPro enabling boost control through Hondata's own ECU logic. Hondata made sure that I had a boost solenoid when they released the software update so I could get it up and running quickly...

Basically the hotter your engine bay the more the fluctuation in boost keeping it closed and allowing the boost to be held, depending on how stiff the spring was set it closed and allowing the boost to be held....
Becomes semi erratic.

Are there any bridges to make mixing Qt with STL and Boost as seamless and easy as possible?
This is a followup to Mixing Qt and Boost , where no specific answers how to accomplish this were given.

The main reason to use Qt's own is probably that boost....
Similarly you can use Boost's cross platform file/network libs.
Some of Boost's libs are a little more complicated to use than the Qt ones for simple tasks equivalents.
