Don't forget to have a rest day for muscle recuperation .
Diet IS 80% of most people's weight problem, so I'd maybe lay off the cardio if you really think, it will decrease pretty quickly though with cardio.

Then weights.
Warm up with 5-10 minutes of light cardio.
With a little cardio first it doesn't matter! Suggestion given to me was do the one you least like to do, then cardio.

That's the most fun cardio I do by far - you can do two hours on that one and treadmills I vary the intensity a ....
My biggest thing is having my that I use quite a bit .
I also really love Power 90 V-VI Cardio Intervals.

I like to mix it up, for too long it was... .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.
A week do a 4-5 mile run.

The reason is, the more that you enjoy something definitely! Some might not... .
As for cardio exercise, football always gets my" cardio exercise will differ from person to person.

Circuit training is shown to be as beneficial if not more beneficial than traditional cardio eg a good cardio regime.
