Hiya,
I live in Oxford and am always really disappointed because there is no real unicycling presence in Oxford... but I don't really know how to go about setting something up?
The only unicyclists I know are myself and a few young teenagers.

Why not? Well, many reasons.
Of interest: I live in (central) Witney, and commute by bus (Stagecoach Gold) to Oxford, and not one that is likely to happen any time soon (even the Oxford CC report concedes as much).
