I currently live in an apartment and am able to hear my neighbors through the walls as well as those living below me. I am considering buying a condo or townhouse and was wondering if I would face the same issues with noise from neighbors. Thanks in advance...

While biking around the city I am really noticing the huge number of new giant condo building springing up everywhere. There are an awful lot of them. Who is going to live in them?
I guess the people who have bought them, but won't they have to leave ...
