Australia is a high-cost, high-wage economy. If goods purchased by Australians from retailers overseas are produced in low-cost countries like China, and bought from low cost countries like the US, where the minimum wage is about half what minimum wage...

I want opportunities, I don't want some job with a shit wage, I want a living wage at least! Why should entry level workers have to put up with this? I want a job but what's the point of getting one if I'm hardly gonna be better off? Why?

Just want to know how many employers could survive with the wages they pay. Sure, the job market sucks. Anyone looking for a job is at the mercy of the market. But, would you like to work for the money you pay your help? Could you survive on it?
