Ok so im relatively new at this. Ive been trying to make a decent loaf of bread for a month now and it always comes out as tea biscuit texture and flavour. i canot use it for sandwiches either because it fall apart.

Anna's bread mixes are a few of the better ones...

This is a very easy Yeast Bread made with Quick Rise yeast, I have been making this bread for over 15 years .
It tastes delicious and smells great.
I like to serve it in a Basket with a steak or chicken dinner like one of our best area Steakhouses does...

I purchased a bread maker last year thinking it would save me money in the long run. The thing is I have only used it about 3 times because my bread comes out very thick and crusty and seems more like a desert bread then one you would use to make sandwiches...
