I believe Natwest have sold to a debt collector , an overdraft and a loan i had with them.

There could, however, be other issues worth looking in to .

Ask Blackhorse for a copy of the loan agreement no expert but I do know when both people sign an agreement its because they both accept responsibility and as such both are responsible....

I have a horse on loan to me but we have no loan agreement in place. Is there such a thing as a statutory loan agreement? In the same way if you work but don't have a written contract you still have rights?
