Can I have two loan officers underwriting my file for a home loan at the same time?
I asked this question and am not seeming to get the answer I need. I just want to know if it is possible to have two loan officers underwriting my file for a home loan at the same time? I have the appraisal report myself, inspections reports, and everything else that is needed. My current loan officer is giving me communication issues and I am pressed for time. I want him to keep doing whatever he is doing, but also have another loan officer getting me to underwriting so that I have a backup as the other loan officer is not communicating with me well. Let me know if it is possible to have two at the same time.

Getting a personal loan?
It would be easier to get an auto loan IMO as there is collateral for the loan. A personal loan is not secured by property, and therefore is more difficult to get.

Can I get some loan advice?
I would have said go with the IO loan right up until you said it was adjustable rate. I'd be very, very cautious of an ARM right now, because although the rates are low now, I'm very concerned that they will skyrocket in the next 3-5 years due to inflation.

Countrywide Home Loans?
We have our mortgage with Countrywide, and have had no problems. They are easy to work with, and they have a great website that makes it easy to get questions answered, pay your bills, etc.

How long for home loan approval?
I've just had a home loan approved and it barely took 2 weeks. Papers are waiting for my signature at my solicitors office though, and they're closed for holidays! Loan is through IMB though, and they're a smaller bank I guess?
