It probably depends on where you are - it might be easier in a small community than in a town and travel to matches.

Is there an alternative to receiving the PIN verification for getting into Bing Local? I submitted back on 12/7 and I still have not received the verification letter. I doubt it takes this long. Has anyone had issues with this?

If this is not the case I think you configured only TACACS+ and did not choose local are sure about your configuration try console....
Make 100% sure that TACACS+ server is not reachable and give it a try .

The ISP has sold me 2x VOIP lines and PAP2T device to handle the service.
I am using both lines on PAP2T behind NAT. One line is assigned port 5060 and another 5061.
There is a NAT entry for forwarding port range 5060-5061 to its IP address.
