that may affect where you decide to send them if you are sending them to local schools. i live in sai kung and there are many expats who choose to educate their children in the local system and are quite satisfied with it....

Do your kids go to your local elementary school? I think our district has a special needs school but if at all possible I want Lauren to attend the same school as her brother!
