I have done a points test and we are on the 65 for a 176 and 70 for a 475.

For State Sponsored Regional visa 475 (temporary) in order to get the extra points needed went with what she advised and made up the extra points by going for the 475 visa (not ideal, but we!) when we'd score even less points....
