Piece of cake.
Go out of the main entrance at Euston, turn left and keep walking it's the same street.

Does this service run via Styal or Stockport? Or whatever they feel like on the day? And is it possible for one to reserve seats on this service?

I would walk to Waterloo and take the Northern line direct to Euston towards central London.
Takes left into Union Street.
Victoria tube line from Euston to Green Park, change there on to Jubilee line to Southwark.
