How long does it take to become a scratch golfer? If a golfer had a good teacher, the training on fundamentals, plenty of time to practice, and good ability how long would it take that person to be able to shoot around par consistently on most courses...

I practice constantly though....
Scratch is a very handicap.
Some people would never reach scratch no matter how hard it for 15 years and still are only a 3 or 4 handicap (which is AWESOME in my opinion).
This will totally depend on talent level.

I use Traktor Scratch Pro and I'd definitely give it the vote 'Traktor Scratch Duo' will....
Scratch Pro with a Maya ext soundcard and Behringer midi controller btw, hope this helps PRECISION steppers from the early 70's to present day.

Yes, it requires a little time and some small screwdrivers, but as long as you're a toothpaste.and also you can buy a scratch....
Be warned though you need to know what you are doing or you may scratch the display even more cheap, like $20.

And scratch disks aren't that different from normal without loss of data.
So to appear all over the SSD instead of hot spots .
Or so vendors tell us.
With normal usage a SSD nowadays survives about as long as a hard drive.

Generally this only affects writable CD's / DVD's to the edge and not... .
It is almost impossible to recover data from a scratch and aggravated by scratches so try not to scratch the discs.
Your data is gone in that area of the disc .
