Usually, you can't really tell whether a guinea pig is pregnant until pretty close to delivery, unless you have an ultra sound done.

It may just be pig fat, pigs do get chubby there bellies full of lovings
one of my boars were missexed and i may have 2 prenant sows they were already x-rayed but it was to early they have another feb.2 if they havent had birth by then! I LOVE YOUR PIGGY...

You're not supposed to workout when you're pregnant. You could overexert yourself and end up killing the baby.
