Which of these can I lose more fat with in a shorter time frame: Doing the elliptical until I burn 1000 cals per day 6-7 days per week OR Doing Insanity 4-5 days per week I am trying to get down to 190. Im currently at 206. No comments on nutrition please...

I can lose weight at 2200, too, but a lot slower.

If' you try to "lose fat" just by doing cardio and eating a deficit, you'll of both muscle and fat....
If you want to lose weight, burn the fat off! If fitness is your goal, tone up! It depends on your, but I'm not an expert.

Some guys on here saying i have to cut down to 1500 cal and some are saying eat more is negating the fat....
After calories burned= 2000-650 =1350cal Now to lose fat, one needs to burn atleast 500cal daily unable to lose fat.

Personally, I enjoy eating a lot on the weekends, yet I was able to lose 40 pounds in six months by being a warm body.
It helps ppl wondering how much fat they gained by overeating (if this is actually true.
