You won't loose your trophies, it's not possible, once gotten a ....

Not really a big deal for me but at the end of every game it tells me that i have earned trophies but when I check my collection it does not even list madden. Am I not doing something or am I missing something?

They don't unlock in your system until after you purchase the retail version..I think it's a bit of a rip-off that....
