Why does losing weight the healthy way take ages but losing weight in an unheralthy way is so quick?

I am just curious...anyone losing any weight? I know this has to be possible during perimenopause/menopause because I see many women my age and older who are not over weight. Guess I just need to hear some encouraging stories as I lose these pounds.

I want to enjoy it! I'm losing weight because I want to a daughter in August and she died....

I didnt believe them but I am down 5 pds since the test .

'4 ? If so, you are not going to lose weight quickly, and I do think you need to lose any at all over 2000.
