It's easier to change be sure you change the ice at least twice... .
Put ice in the ZipLoc bag morning and night to keep milk cold in the cooler.
Suggestion for keeping milk in your room: take a collapsible cooler and some one-gallon ZipLoc bags.
I don't know how this happened or why, but I just pumped 9 ounces of milk in one session. I usually only get 5 in my first pump and I was starting to think my days of BFing were numbered. Now I need to figure out what I did differently last night/this...

milk could help straight from the tap.
Milk really won't do the trick - get a good fluoride anti-cavity rinse, like ACT, and rinse-show.com/tooth… i'd concentrate on brushing more than just drinking more milk.
