I'm just trying to know why I should drink chocolate milk post workout rather than taking a 2-scoop, 50g protein containing shake, or maybe both ?

Is it bad for health to drink a lot of milk? I drink fat reduced organic milk, but some days i drink like 1 liter of milk, maybe more.

Yes i'm guessing your drinking cows milk which to the lactose in the milk and cannot digest it so the only milk we should drink is human.
That amount is not a problem if it is fat reduced .

I eat a lot of protein - meat, nuts in the GHGs, we don't count milk/yogurt as "protein" on this plan for those purposes..
No; if I skimp on any of the GHGs, it's usually the dairy .
