I have really busted my sodium the past two days. I just started tracking it yesterday. I made lasagna tonight and didn't even add salt but mfp had it at over 1800. What kinds of food have high sodium that I need to watch out for?

When we had to reduce DH's sodium intake it was kind it will be an adjustment (for the family, not just me), but I think I am going to give the reduced sodium canned veggies a try.
Sodium is in absolutely everything.

I have a lot of the sodium percarbonate sitting there and it is just taking up space and I would like to use it for cleaning something.
I don't do a lot of wood restoration but there should be other uses for Sodium Percarbonate besides wood cleaning.

Sodium percarbonate, at least in wood cleaner formula, will last.
The powder will keep a long time if kept free of humidity .

Have you used a tracking program to see what your actual sodium and your body to adjust and you should see the scale move again.
Are making a lot of assumptions.

My sodium level for the day is 1500 per my doctor. I am about 300 away but am still 800 short on calories. I still need more of everything actually... What can I eat that is high in calories and everything else but low in sodium?

No biggiealmonds and other nuts, high in calories low in sodium i think :) Bump Eat somehing nutritious.
And if it has a lot of sodium, just make sure you drink a couple of extra glasses of water...

I used sodium bicarb and di cal in my mineral licks this year and the deer have not used them any. I normally use soda ash and di cal with great results, but they were out of the soda ash at the time.
