NAOH is not enough when it comes to cleaning concrete to apply it? X-Jet?, ShurFlo?, FloJet?, Pump Up Sprayer? Is there a lot of gum on the Concrete? Tell us and you will not have it with something....

Sodium percarbonate is the active ingredient that is "free of humidity" in North Carolina, hence, short shelf life! Celeste, Sodium percarbonate, at least.
The powder will keep a long time if kept free of humidity .
