I also had more hissing once i cured my boost leaks ....
The other 150 may of been pipes eventually to the Allard setup to become leak free .
Yes its posible the hissing is a small leak in the boost pipes somewhere.

Im in the same boat, i can hear hissing) and stage 1 linear sounds the same(loud hiss at partial throttle/until boost comes on).
Some turbo spool, maybe some intake noises, but nothing loud.

Hey guys,
Dumb question but I have rti 4 speakers in front and I just set up the matching center speaker. Now when I'm watching tv the center speaker plays and the 2 front speakers hiss, kind of like it's turned up too loud.
Any setting I should be using...

It seems to be gone center speaker.
On" and being turned up that loud with no sound, they were making a hissing noise.

My sansui has developed an audible hissing/buzzing sound when the tone controls are switched in circuit. To say that i'm gutted is an understatement as this is my favorite sounding amplifier ever.

There are three levels:
1 - Not present at all (about one third to half of the time)
2 - Gentle hissing I removed the router from the ....
Which can be ignored (about a quarter of the time)
3 - Loud hissing which makes conversation.

Non-toxic, but sorry, if that happened, the unit is toast .
Chance that you damaged it somewhere and the that the
hissing you hear is leaking refrigerant escaping.

Which I prefer to the PSU causing the noise, as PSU will remain in system longer than graphics card .

I'm guessing this is a boost leak, Is there a usual suspect spot for this?
I've check all the PCV & Vaccum hoses but all seems to be in working condition with no rips etc.
The hissing noise when sat in the drivers seat sounds like it's coming directly...

Check the turbo pipe coming off the turbo offs can make quite a high pitch hissing sound, and if they haven't ever been checked or replaced make quite a high pitch hissing....
Can hear the hissing that loud it must be a massive leak.
